** Tuition must be paid the 1st week of each month.
** There will be a $5.00 surcharge for monthly payments received
after the 7th of each month.
** Monthly payment is applicable only to that month.
** No credits or refunds for unused classes and holidays.
** Any lapse of monthly payments will require a re- registration
fee of $30.00 (e.g. students coming back from month-long
vacation)
** There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks.
** The academy will be closed on major holidays.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR STUDENTS
** The Academy would like to receive a call and notification of
any absence
or late arrival. (818) 248 – 4458
** Three absences without notification will be dismissed from
the Academy.
** Only dance shoes are allowed inside the classroom. Street
shoes are only
for waiting and dressing rooms.
** No jewelries in the class and all students are required to
put their hair up
in a bun and pull bangs back with a headband or hairclips. In
cases of short
hair, secure with hairpins/hairclips and headband.
** No food, gum or drinks in the class.
